Criminal justice clients are a large percentage of clients who take part in alcohol and drug rehabilitation programs in Idaho Springs and in the USA. Court systems in the country are finding it more beneficial to treat men and women who have wound up in the court system for drug related crimes, rather than penalizing them to no avail with jail time and other penalties.
